I really liked how the team was so open to suggestions of what we would like or dislike about our projects.

The people were great at getting back to us when there were problems with their end product (which thankfully wasn't often). But even if things went perfectly from start to finish, I never felt comfortable enough saying no to them. It's been almost 3 years since they did my project and I still get asked about it all the time! They are very professional but also fun and personable which helps make dealing with them a pleasure as well.
