I love how you can track everything that is being done for your account by all of our social media experts as well as have access into their progress reports if need be! It's great having someone who has an eye toward what we actually want out there instead relying solely upon algorithms or other people telling us where it should go next (which never really works).

They are constantly looking at analytics throughout each day so they know when something needs changing/tweaking quickly before too much time passes since posting last. Very customer service focused which makes them easy going but also very professional without compromising quality over quantity sometimes found elsewhere online these days. When things aren't working correctly - either through technical issues or lack of engagement from potential customers - getting help isn't always smooth sailing because most companies do not make sure employees understand this process enough outside of general meetings.
