This Welluck motorhome lock appears to be very well made with visible stainless steel hardware and a beautiful satin black powder coated finish. There is a weather seal on the back of the outer latch. The lock and deadbolt keys are the same key which means only one key is needed to lock and unlock the door of my closed Haulmark trailer which is a plus compared to the lock I replace and that out some reason needed two different keys. . Instructions are clear and include latch dimensions, installation and operation. Worth the price!
