Doesn't seem to do much
I have a ton of tension in my neck and shoulders from my desk job and so I was excited to give this a try. It didn't hurt anything like some of the reviews were making me nervous about but it hasn't seemed to improve anything either. Maybe I haven't done it enough to make a difference but it seems like just stretching on the floor for 10 mins would make the same difference. It does seem to be well made and I like that it came with easy instructions.
