First of all, everyone complaining about the suction cup holder has no idea how to attach it! There is a handle to release the suction cup. After wetting the suction cup, press it against the glass/tile/etc. All you have to do is twist the handle to lock the suction cup in place. We've had it for many months and last week it fell off for the first time. All suction cups must be re-glued after some time. But I think ignorance is bliss, and they do it to blame a product for being flawed. With this one in stock the scraper works great! We have no claims. I see it's been like this for many years. I would just order a larger size if it was available. You can either save up or buy something cheap that won't last very long. Or just buy a well made and thought out product from the start and enjoy it for a very long time!
