This is my second purchase of a Roverlund carrier for my cats. This is the best carrier for overall quality of construction and customer service. It also wins the Most Beautiful Durable Bag award! I had the same problem as other reviewers: my first bag, bought over a year ago, collapsed on one end. I contacted Roverlund support and they quickly resolved the issue by sending me a simple plastic insert for the foldable end pocket. In the meantime I used a rigid piece of cardboard. It's fine, but I appreciate your willingness to respond and your interest in my feedback on how to improve the carrier. The new carrier has an updated design that solves this problem, as well as several new updates. OLD and NEW TRAGERI put my old and new stretchers side by side to see what's "new and improved”. That's all! There is already a plastic insert in the end pocket of the new carrier so that the carrier stands upright and does not fall on our fur baby. Safety first! The new green fabric straps you see in the photos have replaced the black plastic straps on the rope handles and shoulder strap/leash. Nice update. The dimensions are the same for both carriers and are exactly as indicated on the website. Why Zora LOVES it: She feels safe and relaxed walking to the vet or boarding a plane. Simple, stress-free, gently loaded. Large zipped top opening lets her see and doesn't make her nauseous like her other totes Great ventilation and open views OUTSIDE and INSIDE allowing me to see her and her me all the time Roverlund just keeps getting better and better! Worth every penny.
