Proprietary VGA adapter not included

Proprietary VGA adapter not included. I had to spend $20 to get it from the manufacturer's website. I installed it upside down, which I don't think the manual says is allowed. The metal insert with the mounting thread slipped out a bit, but I don't think it comes out all the way. Everything seems to be upside down. It uses a standard camera mount. Little fan noise. Not bad. I think the IR (infrared) receiver is somewhere in the back. You must be directly behind it to use the remote control. The room should be moderately dark for the image to be seen clearly. I have the windows closed and we turn off the next half and sometimes all the lights when I use this projector. There is no zoom or optical keystone correction with this projector. I would recommend adjusting the image through projector placement. I also recommend you avoid using digital keystone as it results in terrible image quality on a medium resolution projector like this. Check out the attached video and pictures for more details. Notice that parts of the video are blurred. This is my camera, not a projector. Update: The threaded fastener insert finally came loose after months of turning. I used epoxy to hold it in place and it's been fine ever since.

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
