Stainless Steel Touchy
We really like this hob. After about 3 months. The only complaint I have is that when I tell you stainless steel is delicate, I mean it's delicate! When you breathe on it, it scratches. I see now that the stainless steel plate needs to be replaced annually, at least in this house. I use a high quality stainless steel cleaner with a soft cloth to clean the stainless steel surface. We also love the cooktop, which is why I give Shear 5 stars for its performance.
