Review on Insights Platform by Daniel Postle

I like how easy it was for us as an agency to get set up in our first month of using Insight's platform. We only needed about 5 minutes after we signed up! There are so many features within this system that allow me to manage my client relationships/workflow but also have access from anywhere across all time zones (even though its 9am here). Their support team has been great at getting back quickly when there is something they don't understand or need more help. And their developers were very open minded and willing to answer any questions we had as soon as possible - even if it meant late into the night / early morning US Eastern Time zone conversations haha. It would be nice if some of these integrations could work better together such as being able to export data easily between systems without having to reenter everything manually each time. This helps speed things along which makes everyone happy :).
