Great Platform with Amazing Support

I like how easy it was for us as an agency to get set up in our first month of using Insight's platform. We only needed about 5 minutes after we signed up! There are so many features within this system that allow me to manage my client relationships/workflow but also have access from anywhere across all time zones (even though its 9am here). Their support team has been great at getting back quickly when there is something they don't understand or need more help. And their developers were very…

Excellent software integration with other systems

I like how it integrates into Salesforce so easily and automatically pulls in all of our data from various sources such as Hubspot & Google Analytics. We were able to implement this system very quickly without any training or technical expertise needed! It's been great for us because we are able to get insights about what's working and not working within our marketing campaigns. So far there isn't anything I dislike but maybe if I had more time to try out some features I would have liked them…

  • Great customer service team too always prompt response / feedback whenever questions arise; plus good advice before implementation is made possible by their consultants that can make sure everything runs smoothly upon deployment.
  • Dashboard creation tool has helped me tremendously

Great tool with potential room-for improvement

I like how easy it was for our team members who were not data scientists or statisticians but needed access to insights from multiple sources in one place. It's also great because there are no limits so if we need more space then simply add another server! There could be better documentation of some features as well as maybe an easier way to learn new products/features within Insightly would help too (maybe something similar to Slack). We love seeing what other people do across teams internally
