The ability to identify key influencers within an organization and then engage with them more effectively is one of our most valuable assets. It’s also great that you can set up different levels of access for your team members so they are able to see what's going on without having full administrative privileges. I love how easy it was to get started using this tool - we were live within 24 hours! There isn't really anything that comes across as negative or disappointing about working with IST research. We've been very happy with their service thus far and look forward to continuing to work together. We're looking at engaging new audiences who may not be interested in traditional methods by creating content around topics like health care reform (and other relevant issues) which will help people better understand complex healthcare policy and legislation. IST has been a great partner for us. They have helped us understand our target audience and provide us with a great dashboard for our marketing team. They are very responsive and always willing to help. I have not found anything I dislike about IST. If you are looking for a great partner to help you understand your audience and provide you with great insights, IST is the way to go.
