Reynolds Oven Bags for the perfect turkey every time!

As a wife and mother of the last sixteen years, you would think I would be a modern chef. I offer many gourmet meals to my family and I have a huge recipe file with various delicious recipes. The truth is, I don't like to cook, not even a little. So when I see a product that can make my cooking time more enjoyable and easier, I grab it. My first experience with Reynolds oven bags was four years ago when I decided to take the plunge and make my own Thanksgiving holiday for my family. . After going to the Butterball website to learn how to cook a turkey, I felt confident. Buying Reynolds oven bags gave me even more confidence as it sounded too easy and too good to be true. PREPARATION AND USE: Reynolds Oven Bags are designed to make cooking easier. So I buttered and salted the turkey, added the toppings, and then just popped it in a Reynolds oven bag. Then tie the turkey together with one of the ribbons to keep the juice from leaking out, then simply take a knife and cut 5-6 slices off the top of the bag to allow the air to escape. That's all; You're already on your way to a delicious and juicy Thanksgiving turkey. Now comes the problem, when your turkey is done or your choice of meat, I found it very difficult to transfer the juices to make the sauce. The bag itself is quite flimsy, especially after cooking, so lifting the bag to pour into the pot is out of the question. However, if you are patient and use a ladle, you can grab some delicious juices and start preparing the sauce. Now cleaning is very easy. Just ask someone to open the bin liner for you, then just lift the liner up and put it in, that's it. bags there is also a nice little booklet with useful holiday recipes. Reynolds recommends cutting 6 slices from the top of the bag before cooking. I fluctuate between 4 and 6 and have never had any problems. It is also not recommended to use these bags in the oven, the temperature of which exceeds 400 degrees. Reynolds Oven Bags are great for turkey, but I've also used them for roasts and chicken for my family. The pouches seem to cook my meat quickly, then cook them pleasantly making the meat so tender and juicy.
