Review on Aquatic Life Electronics Freshwater Aquarium by Emily Oakes

I was excited and couldn't wait to get this new LED light for my aquarium, but it soon turned into disappointment and frustration. After installing the backlight on my 75 gallon tank and the app on my Note 10, I quickly realized that the light can be good, but the app that controls it is a piece of crap and makes use of the light useless. First, the pre-programmed options are good, but only if you have a saltwater setup. There is no fresh water abstraction here, as in Lake Malawi or, for example, in a South American river. Saltwater environment only. I ordered the fresh water version thinking there was a fresh water option but no. What's really frustrating then is that you can't change installed programs. If you go to Advanced and add time and lighting settings, you can save them. But if you load these settings, it reverts to the original program and does not adapt to your settings. I don't recommend you buy this until Aquatic Life updates the app so you can control the lights the way you want. I threw away the packaging so I bought it at the market to try and get some of my money back so I could buy Fluval. I'm tired of spending so much money on something I can't use.
