Review on 💧 FRIZZLIFE FZ 3 Replacement Water Filter Cartridge by Veeravelu Tang

I had trouble trying to replace the replacement filter. It had a very tight lid and I couldn't unscrew it with the wrench that came with it. I contacted Frizzlife and complained about this issue. Immediately, within an hour, I received an email from Emily saying they would send me a brand new replacement for the entire system to be delivered after January 4th. To my surprise, I received a replacement the next day before the holidays. I am very pleased and pleased with this attention and attitude towards customers. I will recommend this company for their excellent product and service.
