No worse than a Dyson with no price tag!

So far this hair dryer is great! I tried Dyson first because I live in the Carolinas (see humidity ALWAYS at 100%) and I have curly hair that I wear both curly and straight depending on the day. My hair is shorter, ranging from a short A-line to my shoulders, and while it's medium length, I have LOTS of it. I was hoping the Dyson would cost $400 (and be life changing) but unfortunately I wasn't impressed. If you can find a hair dryer with multiple attachments, the ability to dry quickly and completely is a must with frizz and moisture and POWER to survive. See, I've broken SEVERAL hair dryers because the wattage can't keep up with the time it takes to dry ALL my hair. Step into that dryer! First, the drying time to straighten my hair has reduced by more than HALF! Heat remained consistent throughout the drying process and the motor never went into "cool" mode due to overheating. The attachments are unique in that they SLIDE ON and snap into place rather than LOCK and will not move and once dry are difficult to remove or replace because they are too hot. The "comb" attachment makes the straightening process part of the drying time and my straightening iron is hardly taken into account. Also, my hair is soft! That does NOT happen in the Carolinas with the humidity here I assure you it's outrageous but here we are! Even the roller brush that came with it was perfect for straightening, adding volume and creating soft waves.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Everything ok
