I've been using these for years! They are professional quality so they work really well on all those stubborn stains! I get compliments on my teeth all the time! I highly recommend if you've had stains on your teeth for years that they do the job. Be sure to use them before brushing your teeth. Sometimes my teeth get sensitive so I just use a sensitive toothpaste and it usually goes away within the next day or so.
