Didn’t Fit But Made Well

Ordered for a Halloween mermaid costume but the skirt (from a different selling platform) arrived late and it wasn’t worn.Ended up almost wearing for a different event - a "siren” shoot but found it was too big. I purchased a Med 8/10 and it was labeled an XL. Was unable to cinch the back tightly enough to work.A friend ended up wearing it instead and looked lovely. It’s made well; just sizing off.
