Review on 🍳 Gray GreenPan Lima Healthy Ceramic Nonstick Griddle Pan, 11 Inch by Kenneth Mills

This frying pan has a ceramic non-stick coating. I thought of course, I read that it's good, but it will be a little bit better than my parents' teflon. This pan has completely changed the way I prepare breakfast. I can't recommend it highly enough. With a little oil, I can crack an egg open, boil it until the white part is hard, AND slip THE EGG around my finger! No stickiness at all. Why should I swipe my finger over it? I do not know. Anyway, there's no good reason. But I put the spatula under the egg first and it seemed too easy. I tried it with my finger. I was distracted. I'm used to cooking in well aged cast iron and polished steel and even teflon pans to a lesser extent, but wow this one is now one of my favorites. I've been using it for a few months now and it's just as good as the first day. I can even clean it with a paper towel or two and it's spotless! It was supposed to be used to make the skin of stealth planes; the radar would immediately bounce!
