This thing is amazing! I've been using hand blenders for a while after having to be switched to a liquid diet due to a medical procedure so I needed a blender that could handle the degree to which I'm using it and this guy does all that and more ! With 800 watts, this mixer has so much power! Soups, nut milks, butter become silky in seconds, which also prevents overheating from prolonged blending with other lower powered models. The blade design is perfect for splash-free chopping which is great for cooking soup and general kitchen cleanliness, it's very easy to clean, much quicker than a traditional blender, it's nice and compact so you don't fill up your cupboards with cluttered room appliances. I only chose this model with the whisk attachment because I have other blenders that have attachments that work well, but I would definitely order another one if it wasn't for them; It's just so convenient to switch between beating, processing food and mixing, making cooking faster, more efficient and cleaner. I'm really over the moon with this mixer, as I said, I've used many models with many different levels of mixing and this guy can handle it all! I am super happy with my purchase!
