I bought this for our sliding gate for our fence and was shocked to see how big and heavy it is. If it were smaller then it would certainly be appropriate to move our chicken netting gates; but it's not small at all and we'd have to lift the gate to put that roller underneath. The return cost would be too high, so we keep it.
