Fits nothing like the picture

Bought for my daughter, material was tough and not comfortable, it also didn't look like the picture there was a giant gathering in the middle of the chest. Even with her larger bust, it was 2 sizes to big but tight in the hips

I ordered this for a wedding I was in and it was perfect! I''m a size 18, went with a 3x as that''s what the size chart showed. It was very comfortable, fit perfect, and I got so many compliments!
