The most useful feature of this program has been its ability in providing my clients with access from anywhere via mobile devices or desktop computers while still maintaining their account information at hand! This tool allows me ease when it comes time do invoice shipping services since I am able log into any client's shipments through one system (instead multiple). It also makes keeping up track easier by generating reports about where each shipment should be placed within our facility compared against what was actually received/shipped versus expected dates etc.. Also being connected directly witheach party involved suchas UPS & FedEx allowing us better communication between them regarding customer orders along wth tracking numbers all integrated together seamlessly - no more emails back n forth required!! I like how easy it was set up in our account manager helped us through all of this process very well! It's been great being able use boxons services with my clients who are shipping internationally!! Shipping time has drastically improved.
