Review on Kick Extra Large Organizer Pockets by Ronald Cambridge

At first they worked well - they close the back seat and have pockets for various things. However, one of the bottom straps became detached from the mat after only a few months of use - this was not the result of overuse and was not considered normal wear and tear. This is a car my son only drives occasionally (my wife drives him about 90% of the time) and is not a kicker as evidenced by the great condition of the mat itself. Tried to contact the company but the email never came back. Ironically, the second floor mat held up well in the car he usually drives. I don't know if I got a defective one, but since the rug falls apart after almost every use I give it one. It's nothing special other than it was one of the cheapest on Amazon when I searched. It would be great if someone from the company actually responded and replaced the defective mat. . .
