Wet with mold smell.

Loved the collar. Very nicely decorated. However, when it arrived it was wet. It hadn't rained and Revane was dry to the bone. I don't know how it happened, but there is a musty smell on the collar and moisture is visible in the supplier's packaging. Wash and see if we can get rid of the smell. This is the reason for the 3 star rating. Without 5 it would be 5.
