Comcast spent most of the day today trying to figure out why our internet suddenly went down. After swapping all the coax cables back to the house, they found that the problem was with the modem. I logged into the modem's admin panel and although the wired connection was good, there was no internet signal coming through the ethernet cable to my laptop. Comcast loaned me a modem and our internet is working again. Good luck finding warranty information on the Netgear website. I've never had a modem fail after such a short time. Now that thing is going in the trash can. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend Netgear to friends and family.
