Exactly what it says about the quality of the restaurant.
Excellent restaurant quality grater. A pro chef gave Saw a minus rating for the rubber base, but the rubber isn't meant for structural support so the grater doesn't slip or move across the cutting board or countertop, so it's actually a great safety feature. Knuckles through the grater was not a very good feeling before.
