This cheese sorter is smaller than it looks and I may have gotten a broken one, but mine wasn't anywhere near as sharp as a dull butter knife. Good luck cutting anything with it. I returned it immediately.

Very sharp, easy to grip, easy to clean, non-slip, non-slip and non-slip. What more could you want from a hand grater that costs less than 10 euros? Buy it. You will not regret it. Believe me. I'm a picky eater when it comes to kitchen gadgets, but this one exceeded my expectations.

I was hoping that a stronger metal grater would work better than a plastic grater, but unfortunately it didn't work the first time. It skips chunks of parmesan (pic) but also relies on two plastic rings for bearings, one of which just fell apart on first use (3 pics). I will return it for a refund.

Excellent restaurant quality grater. A pro chef gave Saw a minus rating for the rubber base, but the rubber isn't meant for structural support so the grater doesn't slip or move across the cutting board or countertop, so it's actually a great safety feature. Knuckles through the grater was not a very good feeling before.

I have small hands, my husband has big hands and neither of us finds this tool easy to use. Something is wrong with the alignment/assembly of the parts. I bought these to replace an Oxo rotary grater that broke after years of use. The Oxo worked great but was bulky and difficult to disassemble in the dishwasher. I won't go back to plastic but will look for a better grater to replace this stainless steel grater.

For many grating jobs (like zucchini and cabbage) I prefer to set the grater on its side because it's easier to control the object you are Rubbing (because you're working with gravity, not against it I guess, I don't know why, at least it's easier for me). I ripped off my last grater because the handle eventually came loose. I'm pretty sure that won't happen with this one. It is durable and well made. Some say it's not spicy enough.
