So first let me say that I really like this hat and use it for something that is a bit outside the scope of its design. If you're looking for that hat to wear occasionally while doing something for an hour or less, this is it. If not, read on. They don't adjust very well and for my head size (I'm 6ft 150lbs idk, if that helps you) they don't seem to be sitting right on top of my ears. This causes severe discomfort in the ears after a few hours. wear. The battery life is excellent and hasn't given me any problems. In fact, this cap just isn't designed for long-term wear. They are VERY hard plastic speaker innards that really hurt your ears. I've completely stopped wearing it to work. However, I'm aware that I'm using it outside the realm of its design, so I still give it high marks.
