I like the ability to assign jobs to other team members. It's easy to use and can be customized for your own needs. If you don't have a lot of employees, this is great. If you have a lot of employees, you need to have a lot of modules or add-ons to accommodate them. I would suggest purchasing more modules to accommodate your team and needs. I have used MaintenanceMax for over a year now and have been very happy with it. We have been able to assign jobs to team members and keep track of the status of each job. It also has a module that tracks time spent on each job. It is a great tool to use if you have a large team. We were able to assign jobs to our team members and track the progress of each job.
