I like the ability to assign jobs to other team members. It's easy to use and can be customized for your own needs. If you don't have a lot of employees, this is great. If you have a lot of employees, you need to have a lot of modules or add-ons to accommodate them. I would suggest purchasing more modules to accommodate your team and needs. The ability for me as an employee of this organization (a non profit) was able to check in remotely from home or anywhere I needed without having someone physically at my desk every day!
