Review on MaintenanceMax by Dave Hammon

Maintenancemax has enabled my organization to track and measure various aspects of our work process from scheduling a job, through execution. The interface needs to be user friendly for less experienced personnel. It should also have an option to share dashboards with others so they can also view their progress and plan accordingly. Our organization relies heavily on maintenance workers as employees of other companies don't understand the intricacies our customers require in their products or services, this tool helps us communicate this information to them at will. The fact we have so many options in this product makes it easier for us as users since I don't always know what functions are available within our program but when i use maintenance max my job gets done faster than any of other programs out there! We can now see where things break down internally at work which helps me better understand how everything works together by keeping track from one department or location up until I reach customer service level all over campus (which has been great!).
