Oh, I've been using these two half pans for two years now. I had two silicone baking sheet kitchen gadgets, but I didn't really like them. I just bought this set of 3. They are great, they have the right stiffness. (My kitchen towels curl easily and are too flexible, plus food sticks a little more and is harder to wash.) It's great to have more stiffness in the pans because I put the pan in the oven to reheat, which, what I need on the trays and put them on the hot pan in the oven. Or put my bread in the oven and hold the edges of the rug. You have to be careful with these though because they are flexible, but I like the stiffness of the edges. I use these sheets in the freezer (to blast freeze food so they don't stick together) and in the oven. I really like this quarter sheet (the one with the purple border. It fits into smaller toaster bowls. I get a surprising amount of these! Did I mention these mats are a lot easier to clean than my other, older silicone mats?
