I bought these because the traditional version is too uncomfortable when trying to do chores or pick up my baby. In my own experience, once they worked perfectly and felt comfortable. It was painful after that first test... I usually use a 28 flange so I thought it would be fine but there is plastic/bulge on the end that rubs and hurts. I tried adding 24 instead of silicone and it worked the first time but it hurt every time afterwards. In a pinch it gets the job done, but regular home use is what I'd expect for now. not really.
