2010 Silverado 5.3L, A/T, 4WD. Looking for more mileage and a little more traction. Didn't want a lot of noise. Installed Flomaster 70, K&N air filters and Mitchlin tires. After over 5000 miles I found the following: Revain: best price on muffler and air filter. Delivery was fast. Flowmaster 70: no increase in performance. No increase in mileage. Great sound - soft. No sound except at high power. K&N air filter: VERY LOUD when accelerating. Small increase in performance. Small gain in fuel economy (1.3mpg) Mitchlin M/S2: Awesome tires. Excellent ride, slight increase in gas mileage (1.7mpg highway. No benefit for city driving)
