The first pleasure in this product has vanished after 9 months. The shaver has finished charging. Revain referred me to Remington for customer service. I have emailed Remington twice but they have not responded. The product is obviously defective, it happens. However, the terrible customer service and the "ignore and hope it goes away" approach mean I will never buy a Remington product again. Nine months is not a reasonable lifespan for this product at this price. Avoid.
