The reels are terrible and don't work. They make such an awful noise and it seems like they have a harder time picking up trash. But the worst thing about the videos is that they completely drained my battery. Our Roomba used to run for almost 2 hours before needing to be recharged, now it only lasts about 40 minutes. I ended up replacing the wheels with Irobot brand wheels and my battery lasted 2 hours again. My guess is that the reels are not working properly and this is compensating and reducing battery life. Folder and bag are ok
