Review on 13th Floor Studios by Mark Ponnusamy

I worked with them for about 2 years starting when they were just getting started as an agency to help manage their social media accounts (FB) - mainly posting content from other companies that we had access too via our contract arrangement. They did great work but it was not easy working through all of those contracts because there wasn't any transparency between what would be posted by us vs what others paid them to post which made things really confusing at times! We also learned how much more difficult marketing campaigns are now compared to 10 or so year ago since everything is "owned" these days meaning if you don't pay up then someone else will take over your account/content until such time that either 1.) You come back into compliance OR 2.) Someone takes control off the table after paying out some kind of penalty fee. So far no issues have been reported regarding this product. It's still hard though to get people excited about something unless there are direct.
