The ease of use! We are able to see all our clients, their pets (and if they're in quarantine) so we can get them into foster homes or other rescue groups as soon as possible when needed. It's also very easy to link up with new clients who need help finding great rescues/fosters nearby that will take care of their animals while they wait until it's time for adoption. I wish there were more options available than "yes"/"no." Sometimes people have questions about whether something would be ok for certain breeds, age ranges etc., but sometimes you just want an answer without having to ask another question first - like what breed should my dog be? Or how old does he have to be before she gets neutered? And no matter which option someone chooses, some may not work out well at home because of allergies. This has helped us find better adopters sooner by giving me access to multiple.
