Poor Durability for my opinion
Stick back foam pages are quite durable. This is not. If you install this in a place where they it would get any rubbing or abrasion it will just rub right off.

- WORKED GOOD BUT I WANTED A SOLID NOT FOAM BUT WORKS FOR NOW
Cons
- The adhesive used in the sheets may not be easily removable, making it difficult to replace or move the foam insulation without causing damage to the surface below
