I read the reviews but still didn't know what to expect. I wanted something that would hold a large number of cards securely - as my old wallet would literally spill all of my cards if I accidentally opened it upside down. The orientation of the card slots on this wallet prevent them from falling out no matter how you open it. I even tried shaking the wallet by holding it by the corner and couldn't get the cards to fall out, so I feel the gumming works well. Great if you value the security of your ID or financial cards. Its capacity is the same as the wallet it replaced, and yet it's probably less than half the size. I have had many identical leather double wallets twice the size of this triple wallet. I wasn't expecting it to be so small - now my bag feels a lot less cramped and still has everything I used to carry with me. After wearing it all day, I also removed the rubberized "Big Skinny" logo. This really affects the feel of the bag and is fairly easy to remove with a stitch ripper. We'll see if it holds up over time - I've never had a leather wallet that lasted more than 3 years but I work very hard. Sustainability will be updated in a year or two.
