I thought the shoes with the lettering on the side were cool. I burst out laughing as I opened the shoe box. "So-so" is written on the sneakers. Well, that accurately describes this purchase. Despite the modern look, these shoes are incredibly affordable. First, the sole seems to be pressing on the concrete. There is no comfort in shoes. Second, the heel counter flexes down and back, making it feel like you're sinking into the back of the shoe. You can feel the coating through the sole, which leads to blisters on your feet. In addition, after two days of wearing, I noticed that the shoes in the heel area began to make farting noises. So overall I'd say this shoe is 'so-so' at best when best described as an uncomfortable feeling and a flatulent sounding shoe. It's a great party favor though. When people see the "just so-so" tag on the side of a shoe, they start laughing. It makes me think. What if every company started coming up with slogans that accurately reflected the quality of their products?
