Product seems fine. My cats won't use.

My cats won't use this or go anywhere near it. I am considering taking the brush part off the base and trying to attach it to some furniture they constantly rub against. The arch has to be assembled, which was super easy. The brush is sturdy and the base holds it well. I am keeping it in hopes of finding some way to teach my cats how great it could feel. The 3 stars rating is strictly because my cats won't use the product, so that lowers it's value for me.

Pros
  • My older cat loves it so much . She thinks it’s just for her .
Cons
  • It would be fine, but it just won’t stay together. Not a good product.

My cats explore everything with their mouths and their claws. This was not sturdy enough to withstand their curiosity. The felt scratching pad is glued to the plastic base but not well, it came away very easily when my cat pulled on it with his mouth. The brush is fine, but it doesn't have anything holding it only the base so comes out very easily. That said, if you have a senior or less destructive cat I'm sure this would be absolutely fine if you can get them to use it.

Pros
  • My cat likes it!
Cons
  • The arch pops off the base if a cat uses it. So now they won't use it.

Nice little enrichment toy a cat

Well-made and inexpensive. It's lightweight so your cat my end up pushing it around but some non-slip pads should help. My cat doesn't really understand how to use it but it seems lots of cats really like it. You can never be sure what your cat will actually like I suppose 😂

Pros
  • It's a great way to bond with your cat and get to know their grooming preferences and needs
Cons
  • May not be able to withstand extended outdoor use

It’s a 3 star cat arch

It’s not that I like or dislike this arc; it’s simply a 3 star product imo. I opened the box popped in the bristle rod and thought to myself that’s a 3 star cat arch right there. Still worth the $ to spoil my Callie.

Pros
  • The massager included with the Cat Arch Self-Grooming Brush Toy is not too powerful and can be adjusted to suit your cat's preferences
Cons
  • May require frequent replacement of scratcher pads

One time use for my opinion

My cats love their scratching poles, cardboard scratchers. Love for me to use the deshedded combing them. I thought this would be a winer. The each checked it out. It’s sat there for a month no use. I’ve tried to entice them many times. Nope no go!

Pros
  • She's always been a big face-rubber and she uses this often.
Cons
  • Pit this on a wooden board or something. Bottom is super cheap plastic.

Find a better one best in my review

Watch my video for explanation. The base is too light and it slides around when the cat rubs against it. I had to secure it under my coffee table leg. Also the bristle part is not that firm and it wobbles back and forth. They sell better ones in the pet stores. See video.

Pros
  • If you're tired of constantly cleaning up after your furry friend, look no further than the Cat Arch Self-Grooming Brush Toy. It comes with hair cleaning scratcher pads to keep your home free of stray fur
Cons
  • May require some training for cats to effectively use it

Broke After 3 Months

My cat liked this thing — that is, until she broke it. She would lean directly on the front of the arch until she knocked the whole thing over. Maybe my cat just rubbed against this way too aggressively. Maybe it wasn’t the best quality item. Maybe it was both. But regardless, after 3 months of barely any use, it finally broke. She somehow broke the base to the point where the arch could not be reinserted and we had to throw it away. Not cat proof, don’t recommend if you’re looking for…

Pros
  • The affordable price point of the Cat Arch Self-Grooming Brush Toy makes it accessible to all pet owners on a budget
Cons
  • May not be suitable for cats who are used to traditional grooming methods

Love the scratcher!

I have bought many of these in my lifetime. Some of my cats loved them and some did not and have given a lot away over the years. This has been in my living room for a short time. One cat (6 year old) loves it. My "Hurricane Irma" adopted cat has not figured it out yet. She does watch my 6 year old use it, so hopefully she will figure it out soon because I hand is getting tired every time she wants her face brushed. which is many times a day!

Pros
  • Overall, the Cat Arch Self-Grooming Brush Toy is a fantastic investment that'll make your cat's grooming routine much more enjoyable and hassle-free
Cons
  • May not provide any additional value beyond traditional grooming techniques

Not interested best in my review

I have not noticed my cat having any interest in this. And it does not stay together securely (like the pic shows). That's my feedback!

Pros
  • With its sturdy base and durable construction, this product offers long-lasting use and can handle even the most vigorous scratching and grooming sessions
Cons
  • May not provide enough stimulation for some cats

Falls apart good for me

The base is so light that it doesn't really hold it down well enough for cats to really rub up on it. That is if the brush would actually stay in the holes. It doesn't.

Pros
  • This product can help reduce hairballs by keeping your cat's coat clean and preventing excess hair from being ingested
Cons
  • May be too lightweight and tip over easily

I bought this for my cats (natch) but they didn’t use it. We’re also taking care of someone’s cat and he likes it a lot. I think because he’s sturdier than my girl cats. Otherwise it’s fine. Pretty sturdy and can be adjusted for your pet

Pros
  • My cat doesn’t care for it. Top part only sits in the holes and doesnt "snap" into place
Cons
  • This was approve by only one of our five cats, The others still demand on annoying the humans.

Broke after 30 minutes but cat loves it

My cat absolutely loves her face brushed so this purchase was a win in her eyes. However, she is 11 pounds and broke this 30 minutes into using it. The pictures show the bottom cracked under where both the posts are, and it now lays to one side. The only reason I am not returning it is because she still really enjoys having this to rub her face on and scratch the bottom; she also likes to bite the bristles. I would only recommend if it's on sale for under $8, it is not worth much more than…

Pros
  • The built-in massager can help your cat relieve stress and anxiety, making it an ideal tool to have on hand for nervous or anxious cats
Cons
  • May be too small for larger cats

A waste of money! in my review

Where to begin. Had this cheap item 2 days. It is now in the trash because it such poor, flimsy quality. My cat finally went through it once and it snapped. She was very gentle, as she was a bit afraid of it. First time she got a bit of courage to walk through it. When it broke I was more worried it may have hurt her. I will never buy one again. Good luck finding one that works, has to be one out there better than this.

Pros
  • The compact design of the Cat Arch Self-Grooming Brush Toy means that it won't take up too much space in your home or your cat's room
Cons
  • May disrupt sleeping routines and patterns for cats

Self groomer for cats with decent I.Q’s

Good product if only my kitty-O’s could figure out they could brush themselves with it. Instead they think I’m their servant for twice a day grooming sessions. Someday perhaps.Great product for those patient owners and more independent smart cats than mine.

Pros
  • This innovative grooming tool comes with built-in massaging features that provide your cat with a relaxing and enjoyable experience
Cons
  • May require extensive cleaning to prevent build-up of saliva and hair

Cats like it best in my review

This is a bit flimsy the top only sits in the bottom it doesn't clip in so it your cat rubs too hard it falls out You can't just pick it up and move it either. I guess you could glue it together I haven't

Pros
  • It's easy to assemble and requires no additional tools, which is perfect for busy pet owners who want a tool that's convenient and low maintenance
Cons
  • May be too expensive for some pet owners

My Cat LOVES This More Than Anything!

I finally found something that interests my cat. This is, literally, the only "toy" my cat engages with - so glad I ordered it. The only complaint is that it easily pops out of the base. I'll probably put a couple of drops of glue in each hole to secure it, but I'm a bit disappointed it's not more secure.

Pros
  • No
Cons
  • May require frequent cleaning to prevent buildup of dirt and hair

Lightweight but good

My cats love these products but they’re hard to come by in stores. This is very lightweight so I would consider adding a wood piece for the bottom. My 8 year old cats are a bit skiddish (rescued about 9 months ago) and they like it much more now that it’s sturdier !

Pros
  • My cat loves it. I love it. Everyones happy.
Cons

Not sturdy - my new review

Disappointed that the arch didn't stay in the platform, however, the bristles are softer than one that I had bought prior to this on. My cat irritated her eye a couple of times and had to get rid of the first one. I am trying to to fix the arch problem by super glueing the red piece to the platform then glueing the metal end into the red piece. Have to wait and see.

Pros
  • Cats
Cons
  • May not fit in with the decor of some interiors

My cat's favorite thing

My cat is acting like a kitten again! I was not sure about this product but SHE LOVES it. She's 14 but is acting like she's 2! Get this now!

Pros
  • If your cat is a fan of head and ear scratches, they'll love the massage brush on the archway, which can also help to clear away any build-up of wax or debris
Cons
  • May not be suitable for older cats with mobility issues

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Didn’t last long good for me

My cat loved it but easily caused it to topple. At first it returned to its upright position. Enter a few weeks, it cracked on the bottom and the brush piece was at a permanent angle.

Pros
  • The Cat Arch Self-Grooming Brush Toy is easy to clean and maintain, meaning it's the perfect tool for pet owners looking for an easier way to keep their cat's coat clean and healthy
Cons
  • May not be durable enough for cats who aggressively scratch or chew
