These are NOT peppermints!
I wasn't sure what I was expecting but it wasn't pills. These aren't peppermints that you suck, these are gelatin capsules that you swallow and they begin to work in your stomach. The freshness amazingly comes with your burp. I took one about 15 minutes before eating the pizza, vomited shortly after eating and it had a strange taste/smell. For me it's the taste of mango that was very unexpected but enjoyable. It takes about 6 hours so get ready! The tablets are easy to squeeze and easy to swallow.
