ASE. Please read and heed the warnings in my and other reviews.

A little about me so you know my level of experience. I've been a technician for over 20 years. Started with cars and progressed to heavy equipment, mainly tractor-trailers and refrigerators. So I know a lot about vehicles, in case you read the comments like me and wonder about the level of experience and the problems of the authors. I have these headlights inside and out, they look good, good. not much. The lenses are fine, which is to be expected from any light source. Protective plastic on top, no scratches and 100% clean. The molding is lighter on closer inspection, particularly the silver finish where clear meets black suffers directly from stress cracking. Not a deal breaker at this price point, but worth mentioning. I chose to use the bulbs I had in the OEM units rather than the ones that came pre-installed (yes, each bucket came with High, Low, and Torque). lamp to answer this question). I didn't see anything wrong with the lightbulbs installed, but let's be honest. Sylvania 9005 is $40, these headlights are under $100. Do you like the included light bulbs? It was easy enough to remove the bulbs, the sensations were normal despite one of them having turned the bulbs in the opposite direction. I can't remember now if it was high beam or low beam, but it was clearly the opposite of OEM. The bulbs dangle in the hole when I take the Sylvania headlights and install them, so I'll check to see if the bulbs that come with them are different. they're not there, they're hanging out too, and I just didn't notice it right away, they came out so easily. This explains why some who have reviewed them have said they fog up or condense on the inside. Because the o-ring in the lantern never seals the hole they are inserted into. Think of a 1" diameter hole for a 1/2" shoulder on the lamp. NEVER gets compact and that's the first major downside I've found. Installing an electrical connector is "fun" but if you save your time, lubricate the gasket and "feel" the pins, you can plug it in. This is a common thing for me as most of these things (non-OEM) have bent pins etc. I don't see this as a disadvantage as it is normal according to the market BS you are dealing with. Tested before install and I have low, high, marker and turns so it's install time and time for your first real headache. From top to bottom you can see that the bottom "key point" or "T" is too short to protrude through the car's mounting surface. This shouldn't normally affect post-lock operation, and since I had spare locks on hand, I took them out and shaved off the bevel on the leading edge a bit with a knife so they started going into the bottom brackets, and everything seemed fine. Please note that inactive locks are not to blame as even OEM locks were the same. Initially I had spares on hand in case I should break the OEM and since the dormans were open. I decided to modify them, not OEM. So far nothing has been a real deal breaker for me. The old ones are dry and cracked making them look dull so this is an update for now. keywords. AT THIS MOMENT. When I drive to the spot where I set my headlights, I can safely say that they are pointing down. It doesn't matter since I'm in the suburbs and hardly need them 90% of the time. I go to the location and mark the levels, my distance back and where the new levels should be. Here I will contact the company for a refund or replacement. The buttons barely move the light 1/4" and they slide all the way out giving you "more strings to grab". I thought ok. The driver's side is broken and I'm switching to the passenger side. THE SAME. The way home was basically the same as the way to my place, there were big puddles right in front of the car, but there were no lights on the road, no lights to illuminate speed/stop or similar signs, and there is even just enough headroom to illuminate license plates of parked cars as you drive past.Today is October 17, 2019.I will contact the company for another kit or a refund. If they would like me another set try and if this set is better i will update this one. If there are no more updates then assume i got a refund and found the set elsewhere.----Update 10/25/19----- I have contacted the seller and he sent a replacement set. Unfortunately, this set is worse than the first. The regulator on the second moved the light almost imperceptibly. The headlights look good, but you get absolutely no light when driving down the street. While I can say with 100% certainty that the adjusters don't work when raising the headlight to the correct angle, I think poor bulb placement makes the problems worse. an unfocused reflection pattern, further aggravating the lack of low beam. I tried to make a video to demonstrate this but when the "puddle of light" in the video is so close to the car it blurs what I saw. So I'll try to explain. The lights create a very bright spot directly in front of the car, maybe 10 feet long. Visibility is good in this range, but it prevents you from seeing further (not that the light ever reaches further), just as you cannot see in a dark tunnel when the sun is in your eyes. One of the tests I did was driving down the street where I placed the bag in my lane. Even though I knew where I put it, I couldn't see it on the dark street until there was a bright spot from that light. maybe 11 or 12 feet. With the weathered factory lights, I could see an object on the road 200-300 feet away. Though I couldn't tell what it was, I could see there was something if I hadn't put it there. Within 75 feet or so I could roughly make out what it was and at 30-50 feet I could tell it was a McD bag. (All tests were conducted at 25 mph). If you're just aiming for "appearance" and will never drive, great. That will work. If you like almost all of the others, keep looking, they just don't work. I'd love to test further and see if I can fix it (maybe it's a mechanic in me) but since it's a sealed unit I can't return it AND cut it open for testing. So testing stops here for me.
