Excellent knife, suitable for cutlery and knife accessories
This knife was not only the most expensive knife I have ever bought, it was also the most comfortable. I have used Shuns, Wusthofs and several other top brands but this is the best. I work as a sous chef and have a second cooking job for a friend and that makes both easy. The only issue I know of that can end up happening is tip chipping. Great purchase, comfortable grip, good initial blade, excellent blade retention and the knife is very nice.
