Let's be honest this is not really a refurbished but probably an exchange. Assuming I bought it under Revain Prime for easier return if needed. Mine arrived with a worn bezel and scratches that were easily visible from 12 inches away. But the jar was fine, it was fully charged and worked perfectly. After some research, I found that bezel scratches are a common problem with these watches. After returning it I decided to buy a Ringke bezel cover for about $12. Now it looks and works like new. Three stars because I didn't have to spend more money, but in the end I'm happy with the result.
