Love the way it was packaged. Vacuum sealed. Once exposed to air it fluffed up. I first was concerned it would be not fluffy enough, I was wrong. It is a hefty pillow. I use it for hips but am finding it to fluffy and cumbersome to sleep with throughout the night. Love the velvety cover. I believe you can take stuffing out to reduce size. I haven’t done this as yet. Instead I use as a backboard pillow to rest my back on while reading in bed. All in all it is a nice pillow but overly stuffed for my intended use.
