Thick. Doing well. Be careful when measuring the thickness.
The material I received is actually about 4 mils thick. Teflon tape is very soft, so be careful not to crush it when measuring the thickness. It only takes a few threads to get a decent fit on the end fitting threads. I like muddy too. (ASIN: B06XKYZ8VT)
