
After the factory pump he removed the radiator, fan and clutch, alternator and all belts, installed all new reduced diameter aluminum pulleys9, aluminum radiator and this controller. It looked like it had been used, with tool marks on the temperature control and the missing plug. Setup is simple, as it should be, moving the sensor closer to the hottest spot on top of the radiator. the instructions say it at the bottom but doesn't respond as quickly to higher temps, went with a 190* thermostat and will be replacing it with a 180* stat. I'm giving it 5 stars because it works as advertised, but basically I feel like this is a used controller. I recommend this if you want to get rid of the factory fan while I'm happy with it. will update when the shit goes south
