Let me start by saying that I have been a professional "butcher or butcher" for almost 35 years. However, I didn't have high hopes. UltraSource Breaking Butcher Knife, 8" knurled blade. Having used this (HEAVY) within the last 90 days. I am VERY IMPRESSED, the knife feels great in the hand, feels good in the hand, makes precise cuts with ease. The is as long as you keep your knives sharp i know and this knife picks up stone fast and can hold the blade as long as any expensive knife i own.will definitely be buying another one soon as my boss apparently mixed it up with his!? I would recommend this to any serious home cook or game hunter as with the right care it can be a thing of the past. But this is a welcome change for the old cutter. Buy on e and enjoy! BAMF
